    This recipe is a combination of my fruit salad and Aunt Angie's. Aunt Angie's fruit salad is the healthy half. Maggie


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cans very cherry fruit cocktail in syrup, drained
    • 1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
    • 4 cans Mandarin Oranges, drained
    • 1 jar Marichino Cherries, drained and cut into quarters
    • 16 oz. sour cream
    • 1/2 C. pecans, chopped
    • 1 bag mini marshmallows
    • 2 to 3 T. sugar
    • 1-2 bananas
    • 1-2 apples
    • 1-2 limes
    • 1-2 oranges
    • strawberries
    • kiwis
    • blackberries
    • honey


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl combine all canned fruit. Stir in sour cream, pecans, marshmallows and sugar. Chill.
    2. Meanwhile in a separate bowl chop up bananas and apples and squeeze a lime on top to keep from turning brown. Chop strawberries, kiwi, fresh oranges, blackberries and add to the bowl with a wee bit of honey. Mix well and add to the chilling fruit salad in the icebox. Give a good stir and return to the icebox to continue chilling.
