    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 C. unsalted butter
    • 1/4 C. light brown sugar, packed
    • 1 large can sliced peaches. well drained
    • 1 yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix
    • 1 package instant vanilla pudding
    • 4 large eggs
    • 1 C. sour cream
    • 1/4 C. vegetable oil
    • 1/2 tsp. pure almond extract


    Instructions


    1. Combine butter and brown sugar. Pour into 13x9 inch pan. Arrange peaches in rows on sugar mixture. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Mix for about 4 minutes. Carefully pour over peaches and bake at 350 degrees F. for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and invert onto serving plate.
    2. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or cool and top with whipped cream.
