    • 2-15oz. cans creamed corn
    • 1 C. onion, chopped
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1/2 C. butter, melted and divided
    • 2 lrg. eggs, beaten
    • 2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed into medium crumbs
