Noodle Slaw

List of Ingredients
- 1/3 C. olive oil
- 1/3 C. sugar
- 2 T. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 C. butter
- 1 pkg ramen noodles, broken into pieces
- 1/4 C. almonds, slivered
- 16 oz. packaged coleslaw mix
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, sugar, cider vinegar and soy sauce in a bowl and mix well.
- Melt butter and fry the ramen noodles and almonds over medium heat. When noodles and almonds are slightly toasted drain on a paper towel.
- To serve put coleslaw and onions in a large bowl and add toasted mixture and soy mixture. Toss until completely coated.
