    List of Ingredients


    • 2 bags frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    • 1 stick butter
    • 2 lrg. cloves garlic, minced
    • soy sauce
    • sesame seed oil
    • 1/2 C. toasted sesame seeds, or more
    • sea salt/pepper


    Instructions


    1. Thaw frozen spinach and wring out all excess water. Place in frying pan with butter and minced garlic and fry on medium/low heat. Add more butter if needed. Spinach should be moist but almost dry. You aren't trying to cook it just make it really hot so keep it moving.
    2. When all the butter is melted drizzle on soy sauce and sesame oil mixing together well. Add in toasted sesame seeds mix and taste. Salt and pepper to taste as well as adding more sesame oil/soy sauce.


    Final Comments


    You can half the measurements but do yourself a favor and make 2 or more bags.
