    Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

    Recipe Introduction


    This is a great way to use up ripe bananas


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 or 4 mashed bananas
    • 2 cups flour
    • Three-quarters cup of sugar
    • 1 egg
    • One-half cup oil
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 2 handsful chocolate chips (I use the mini chips)


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together except chocolate chips
    2. Once everything is mixed up, add the chocolate chips
    3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes
    4. Cool slightly before removing from pan
