    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package roll sausage( cooked, crumbled, drained)
    • 3 eggs
    • 1/4 cup heavy cream
    • 1 teaspoon dill weed
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
    • 1/4 cup diced red peppers
    • 3 packages of puff pastry cups
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Bake the puff pastry cups according to directions. When done baking remove the center lid from the pastry and set aside.
    2. Add to mixing bowl egg, heavy cream, dell, red pepper and beat together
    3. melt the butter in saute` pan, pour mixture intosaute1 pan and scramble (continuous stirring with rubber spatula do not let stick)
    4. halfway thru cooking add cooked sausage and cook until done.
    5. Spoon mixture into pastry cups and sprinkle with cheese and parsley .
    6. Add salt and pepper to taste

    7. SERVE WARM
