    GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN

    List of Ingredients


    • Marinade
    • 1/2 cup soy
    • 2 oranges, juiced
    • 1 lime, juiced
    • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
    • 1 clover garlic, crushed
    • 1 tablesppon chopped scallions
    • 1 pork tenderloin (about 12oz)
    • olive oil for brushing


    Instructions


    1. Combine marinade ingredients in mesuring cup and stir to combine.
    2. Place the pork tenderloin in a plastic, sealable bag. pour marinade over the pork and seal bag. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
    3. Preheat an outdoor grill or preheat oven to 350
    4. Remove pork from marinade and pat dry.
    5. Brush with olive oil onto grill and over meant for extra flavor.
    6. Reserve marinade.
    7. Grill tenderloin until cooked through about 30 minutes to 40 minutes over meduim hear. Or roast in oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
    8. Allow meat to rest about 10 minutes before cutting into 2 inch pieces.
    9. While meat is grilling bring reserved marinade to a boil in a small saucepan. Then lower the hear and gently simmer until it is reduced to about 2 tablespoons. Stir occasionally. Drizzle small amount of marinade over each piece of meat
