    List of Ingredients


    • 7 eggs
    • 1 cup milk
    • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • 6-8 slices bacon
    • 8 frozen hashbrown patties
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/2 tsp. ground mustard


    Instructions


    1. Place hashbrowns in a single layer in a greased 9x13 dish. Cook bacon and crumble . Sprinkle hashbrowns with cheese and bacon. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard. Pour over all. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Uncover, bake 15 minutes longer or until golden brown.


    Final Comments


    Can use sausage, cooked.
