Welcome

Welcome to my kitchen. My name is Lois but I go by the Cheesehead. Why Cheesehead? Because I am a huge Green Bay Packer fan (their fans are nicknamed Cheeseheads). I am a mom to 5 (ages 8-14). I have 2 children who will eat anything (even love sushi) and 3 who would be happy with cereal every meal.

I am a part time cook at our local high school during the school year. School fare has changed so much in the last few years.

I hope you will enjoy my recipes as much as my family and friends do.
