    List of Ingredients




    1 pound halibut fillets
    2 garlic cloves finely chopped
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    (original recipe called for salt as well)
    1 large onion --sliced into thin rings
    2 bay leaves
    2 limes juice of lime wedges optional

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325�F. Line baking pan with nonstick foil. Lay fillets on pan. Over fillets, spread garlic, pepper, onion and bay leaves. Sprinkle with lime juice. Cover and bake until fish is opaque and starts to flake, about 25 to 30 minutes. Garnish with lime wedges.
