Chrispy's Chicken Creole

List of Ingredients
1/2 pound skinned, boned chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup (1-inch) pork chop
1 cup finely chopped onion
3 Tbsp. minced, fresh basil, or 1 Tbsp. dried basil
2 Tbsp. minced, fresh oregano, or 2 tsp. dried oregano
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups finely chopped seeded peeled tomato
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup thinly sliced carrot
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. Splenda
1 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (2-oz.) jar diced pimento
1/2 cup frozen green peas Cooking spray Pam** Recipe
Spray and heat Dutch oven over medium heat until hot. Add chicken and Pork. Saut� for 10 minutes. Or until the chicken is browned. Remove mixture from pan. Add onion, basil, oregano and garlic to pan. Saut� 5 minutes or until onion is tender; stir occasionally. Add tomato and next 8 ingredients (tomato through pimento); bring to a boil. Return chicken mixture to pan; cover, reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes. Stir in peas; cook 2 minutes.
