    Cranberry-Apple Relish

    List of Ingredients

    1-1/2 cups chopped, peeled Granny Smith apple (about 1/2 lb)

    12 oz package fresh cranberries

    3/4 cup sugar substitute (Splenda, Stevia, Equal, or brown sugar substitute)

    1/2 cup water

    1 tsp ground ginger

    1 tsp ground cinnamon






    Recipe

    Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until thick (about 15 minutes), stirring occasionally. Cool completely. May be stored in refrigerator for up to 3 days before serving. Yields 3 cups
