    One-Pot Ground Turkey and Rice

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb ground turkey (or other ground meat)

    2-3 green onions, chopped

    2-3 celery stalks, chopped

    1 bell pepper, chopped

    1 cup raw rice

    2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

    1 tbsp low sodium Worcestershire Sauce

    pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Brown ground meat in a skillet with a lid, pour off any grease. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.

    Afternoon Snack
    Dinner A-B-C-D-E
    Evening Snack
