Chocholate Chip Cheesecake Ball

2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup miniature semisweet chips
graham crackers (or vanilla wafers, or gingersnaps) Recipe
1. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat in brown sugar and powdered sugar. Add vanilla. Fold in chips. Refrigerate in a bowl for 3 hours. Roll in chopped pecans. Serve with graham crackers.
