Ham Spread for Crackers

List of Ingredients




2 cans Flakes of ham
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce
Grated cheddar cheese
finely diced celery, optional

Recipe



Mash ham fine. Add all other ingredients. Place in a mold and let set overnight or at least 8 hours. Unmold. This recipe may be doubles and molded in a small jelly mold that has a centre like an angel cake tin. this is excellent at Christmas time and may be garnished appropriately. Serve with various crackers.
