Chocolate Zucchini Cake

List of Ingredients




1/2 cup margerine
1/2 cup of oil
1 3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cup flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 cup grated zucchini
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Recipe



Set oven to 325 degrees. Grease 9x13 inch pan. Peel and grate zucchini.

In a large bowl cream together margerine and oil. Add and beat in sugar and eggs. Add milk and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients and combine well with electric mixer. Stir in zucchini in the end. Pour into pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips evenly on top. Bake for 40-49 minutes.
