    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 envelope (1 1/4 ounces) taco-seasoning mix
    1/4 cup water
    1 tube (10 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust
    2 1/2 cups crushed baked tortilla chips
    (from an 8-ounce bag)
    1 1/2 cups reduced-fat sour cream
    1 1/2 cups reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
    (6 ounces)
    3/4 cup taco sauce

    Recipe




    1. Place oven rack in bottom third of oven.
    Heat oven to 425 F. Have a 10-inch deep-dish
    pie plate ready.
    2. Cook beef in a large skillet,
    breaking up clumps with a wooden spoon,
    until meat loses its pink color.
    Drain fat, if any. Stir in taco-seasoning
    mix and water. Stir over low heat 1 minute
    until beef is well coated.
    3. Unroll pizza-crust dough and pat over
    bottom and up sides of ungreased pie plate,
    pressing edge of dough under rim of pie
    plate to keep it in place during baking.
    Scatter 1 cup of the crushed tortilla chips
    over the bottom.
    Top with meat mixture; 1 cup of the sour cream,
    spread evenly; the cheese; then the remaining
    crushed chips.
    4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until crust is golden.
    Cut in wedges to serve. Top each with taco
    sauce and some remaining sour cream.
