    Sweet and Sour Spareribs

    List of Ingredients

    2-3 lbs. spareribs, cut into 1 inch pieces
    3 tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper

    Sauce:
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1 cup water
    2 tbsp. flour

    Recipe

    Brown ribs in pan. Add soy sauce and cook for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

    Sauce: Cook until slightly thickened. Pour over ribs and cook for 1-1/2 hours or until tender at 325 degrees. Serve with rice and green leafy salad.
