    1 pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
    1 stick butter, room temp.
    � cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tsp. pure almond extract or
    4 cups confectioner�s sugar, sifted
    pure vanilla extract


    Recipe



    Blend cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer on low speed until combined. Add cocoa powder, extract and confectioner�s sugar and blend on low speed until ingredients are moistened. Increase speed to medium and beat until frosting is fluffy, 2 minutes more. Use at once. Makes 4 cups.
