    List of Ingredients


    • 1 LB FETTUCINE COOKED
    • 1 TBP OIL
    • 1 TSP FRESH GARLIC
    • 1 CUP SLICED MUSHROOMS
    • 1/2 CUP PEAS( FROZEN OR NOT)
    • 1 CUP BROCCOLI
    • 1 DICED TOMATO
    • 1/4 CUP BACON BITS
    • 2 CUP HEAVY CREAM
    • 1/4 CUP PARMESAN
    • 1 TSP CRACKED BLACK PEPPER
    • 1 EGG
    • S&P


    Instructions


    1. COOK FETTUCINE. SET ASIDE
    2. HEAT OIL IN PAN. ADD FRESH GARLIC AND MUSHROOMS COOK UNTIL MUSHROOMS ARE SOFT.
    3. ADD PEAS,TOMATOES,BROCCOLI AND BACON. COOK FOR 2 MINUTES AND KEEP TOSSING.
    4. NOW ADD HEAVY CREAM AND PARMESAN. REDUCE FOR 2MINUTES OR CREAM STARTS TO BOIL. KEEP STIRRING!!!
    5. ADD FETTUCINE. TOSS FETTUCINE THROUGH THE INGREDIENTS. THEN ADD THE PEPPER AND EGG. STIR EGG THROUGHLY INTO PASTA. REMOVE FROM HEAT LET SIT FOR 1 MINUTE AND SERVE
