- 2 1/2 CUP FLOUR
- 1/3 CUP WATER
- 2 EGGS
- 1 EGG YOLK
- 1 TBP OIL
- PINCH SALT
Instructions
- COMBINE 1 CUP OF FLOUR WITH REST INGREDIENT IN A MIXER OR BY HAND.
- ADD REST OF FLOUR FLOUR TO FORM SOFT DOUGH.
- KNEAD FOR 10 MINUTES
- REST FOR 10 MINUTES
- THEN ROLL OUT AS THIN AS POSSIBLE.
