Ingredients: depends on if it's dairy or meat use the items accordingly.
1 Tablespoon butter,or margarine
1 Tablespoon Mrs. Dash Minced Onion Medley,
3 cups canned pure pumpkin (not pie filling),
2 1/2 cups chicken or vegtable stock,
1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup half and half,
or pareve creamer (depends if your making dairy or meat)
2 teaspoons brown sugar,
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper, sour cream for garnish

Instructions:
In a large saucepan, melt butter,or margarine stir in Mrs. Dash Minced Onion Seasoning, stir for a few minutes. Lower heat, add pumpkin, stir well mix in remaining ingredients. If serving immediately, heat slowly but do not boil. If serving later, rehat gently just before ready to eat. Serve in individual bowls, garnished with a teaspoon of sour cream. if dairy
