    List of Ingredients




    Corn Tortilla shells (large or small-I used the small ones)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 C salsa
    1 package taco seasoning
    1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 16 oz. cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 1/2 C shredded monterey jack/cheddar cheese * more or less to taste

    Preheat oven to 375�

    Brown meat and drain. Add salsa, taco seasoning, tomato sauce and simmer. �
    In separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, and oregano.
    In a 13x9 greased pan place a layer of tortilla shells.
    Spread 1/2 the mixture of meat over the shells.
    Next spread all the cottage cheese mixture.
    Place a layer of tortilla shells. �
    Spread the remaining meat mixture.
    Top with the shredded cheese.
    Bake 30-35 minutes at 375.

    I think next time I would add other things too-like refried beans, maybe some green onions-things like that.
