Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

A moist quick bread that's eay to make.





List of Ingredients



• 1 box lemon cake mix
  
• 1 small box instant lemon pudding mix
  
• 1/2 cup oil
  
• 4 eggs
  
• 1 cup water
  
• 2 Tablespoons poppy seeds
  






Instructions



1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
   
   
2. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
   
   
3. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for approximately 40 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
   
   
4. Cool for 10 minutes in pan, then tip out bread on to waxed paper to finish cooling.
