    3 cups cut up cooked beef
    20 ounces frozen country hash browns, thawed
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1 cup gravy or beef broth
    salt and pepper

    Place all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or on High for 2 to 3 hours.
