    Mystery Pie

    List of Ingredients

    3 Egg whites beaten stiff
    1 C Sugar
    1 t Baking Powder
    1 t Vanilla
    20 Saltine crackers mashed fine
    1 c Pecans



    Recipe

    Butter pie plate...Pour batter into plate and bake 35 minutes @ 325*.
    Allow to cool 2 hours.
    This is similar in taste to Pecan Pie.
