10-oz package cut leaf spinach frozen in butter sauce
10 1/2 oz can condensed chicken broth
2/3 C water
2� t �cornstarch
1/4 C diced Celery
1�T sliced Green Onions
1 t Soy Sauce
Recipe
Cook spinach as directed on package.� If desired, chill chicken broth;� skim off fat. In large saucepan, combine chicken broth, water, cornstarch,� celery, onions and soy sauce. Bring to boil.� Reduce heat;� simmer 5� minutes.� Add spinach in butter sauce.� Heat until very warm but not�
boiling. Garnish with additional sliced green onions.
