Yum! One of my favorite vegetables!
List of Ingredients
2 T Butter
1 T Cornstarch
3 T Sugar
1/4 t Salt
1/3 C white Vinegar
2 C sliced Beets (canned, drained)
Recipe
Melt butter. Add cornstarch, sugar and salt. Blend in vinegar; heat, stirring until thick. Pour over beets. Serve as a side dish.
