Stuffed Zucchini
List of Ingredients
Several Zucchini
chopped onion
pressed garlic
rosemary
thyme
basil
1/4 as much bread crumbs
1/4 as much grated cheddar
a bit of parmesan
dash of Worcestershire
Recipe
Slice several zucchini in half lengthwise. Scoop out the insides, being careful not to break the skin. Saut� the pulp with chopped onion, pressed garlic, rosemary, thyme, and basil. When onion is cooked, mix in bread crumbs, grated cheddar, a bit of parmesan, and a dash of Worcestershire.
Stuff zucchini, and bake at 350*, about one hour.
This is a good company dish because it can be made in advance then baked when needed.
