    SPICY PUMPKIN-CHIP CAKE


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup salad oil
    • 2 cups white sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 cups flour
    • 2 cups cooked or canned pumpkin
    • 1 pkg chipits
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 2 tsp cinnamon
    • 2 tsp baking soda
    • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
    • 1/2 tsp allspice


    Instructions


    1. Beat eggs and add sugar and oil. Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Add pumpkin and stir until blended. Add chipits last. Pour batter into a greased tube pan. Bake in 350 degree oven.
    2. When cool, remove from pan and drixxle melted chocolate over top of cake.
