Corn Bread

List of Ingredients
- 3/4 C. corn meal
- 1 C. flour
- 1 T. Sugar
- 5 t. baking powder
- 3/4 t. salt
- 4 eggs, beaten with fork
- 1 C. milk
- 2 T. cooking oil
Instructions
- Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. Add eggs, milk and oil and mix well. Fill well greased pan 3/4 full. Bake at 425� for 25 - 35 minutes.
- For crackling corn bread, add cracklings (fried fresh pork skins).
