    List of Ingredients


    • 3 Lbs. country style pork ribs, boneless
    • 6 C. water
    • Salt and pepper
    • 3 C. rice


    Instructions


    1. Place pork and water, salt and pepper in large roaster pot. Stew until tender, for about one hour.
    2. When tender, pour broth in a bowl and measure 6 cups of broth and pour back into pot.
    3. Add the rice, bring to a boil and cook on low for about 20 to 30 minutes or until rice is done.
