Chicken and Pork Adobo

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder (or) 1 clove minced
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cups water
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 lb. lean pork, cut up
2 lbs. chicken meat, cut up
Recipe
In a 2 quart casserole combine vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce, water and paprika, stir.
Cut up pork and chicken. Add to casserole. Cover and bake in a preheated 350� over for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
