Broccoli, Cheese and Rice Casserole

3 WW Points per serving (although I'm not sure how big the servings are!) Deborah--help!!
List of Ingredients
- 1 C uncooked instant rice
- 1/2 C chopped onion
- 1/4 C fat-free milk
- 4 oz. Velveeta light cheese
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
- 2 (10 oz) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 can Reduced Fat Cream of Mushroom soup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl and then spoon into 2 quart casserole
- Bake 45 minutes.
