    List of Ingredients




    2 cups corn meal mix ( I used white lily )
    1/3 cup oil
    1 1/4 cup buttermilk
    1/4 cup water
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1 sm can green chilies; drained
    1 can mexicorn;drained
    1 egg
    1 med. diced onion
    1 med diced green pepper
    1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

    Recipe



    mix all ingredients together, Melt 1 tsp Crisco in cast iron skillet. Bake 25-30 minutes in 400 degree oven.
