    Sweet Potato Pie

    3- 3� cups mashed sweet potato
    1 cup sugar
    1 stick melted margarine
    3 eggs
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1� tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    � tsp. cinnamon

    Mix together; Pour into 2- 9in.deep pie shells.Bake 10 minutes at 425� then turn oven down to 350� Bake 30 minutes.
