Really good. Buy the best crusty rolls you can find, use �Better than Bouillon� stock mix and the best quality deli beef you can get! The fasted weeknight meal I have!
List of Ingredients
� t. crushed garlic
2 t. oil
1 (14 � oz.) can ready-to-serve beef broth
12 oz. thinly sliced deli roast beef
4 mini-baguettes or hoagie rolls, split
Recipe
In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook garlic in oil 1 � 2 minutes or until garlic is tender. Add beef broth; heat to a simmer. Add beef and heat just until beef is heated through, about 1 minute. Remove meat from broth and arrange evenly in baguettes. Pour broth into 4 small bowls. Serve sandwiches with broth for dipping.
Serves 4.
