    Mickey Mouse Japanese Salad

    I got some small 1 oz packets of Mickey Mouse character cookies and decided to make an exotic salad with them. Use 1 1oz packet per 1/2 lb of Salad. Please note this recipe requires a special mixture of leaves that is in the Salad Time Spring Mix bag to derive its exotic taste.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 of a 1lb bag Salad Time 'SPRING MIX' salad (needed)
    • Mitsukan 'Citron' dressing (needed)
    • Broccoli Flowerets (needed)
    • 1oz. packet Mickey Mouse character cookies (needed)


    Instructions


    1. Add salad to bowl, add broccoli flowerets from one 'stem' of broccoli to bowl
    2. Crush Mickey Mouse cookies in bag and then open and sprinkle over salad. Toss.
    3. Add Mitsukan dressing, toss lightly.


    Final Comments


    Serves 2. Optionally you could add julienned carrots and sliced green onions to this salad, but I like the unique flavour combination between the cookies, the citron flavour dressing and the bitter leaves of the Spring Mix salad.
