    Lentil Soup

    Recipe Introduction


    GREAT way to use a leftover ham bone.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Ham Bone
    • 1 lb lentils
    • 1/2 bunch celery (sliced)
    • 1 lb carrotts (sliced)
    • 2 Tbsp minced dried onion


    Instructions


    1. Cover Ham Bone with water. Add 1 lb of lentils. Boil for 2 hrs.

    2. Remove ham from the bone and set aside.

    3. Add chopped celery, carrotts and minced onion.

    4. Cook about 45 min. Add the Ham.

    5. *** you can add 2 ckn cubes if a little more flavor is needed (It depends on how flavorful the ham was)
