Layer cukes and onions in lg container sprinkle with salt.
(Can make up to 5 batches at once.)
Set for 2 hours then drain well in colander. Press out all water!
In seperate container combine:
2/3 Cup Olive oil
2/3 cup vinegar
2/3 Cup sugar
1 tsp. dill
Place in freezer bags and spoon liquid over top
freaze.
When defrosting be sure to put freezer bag in a bowl until thawed.
