    List of Ingredients




    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 1/3 c. baking mix, like Krusteaz or Bisquick
    1 c. sugar
    1/2-3/4 c. mini chocolate chips

    Grease a 9x5x3-inch or larger loaf pan. Lightly dust with flour, tapping out any excess.
    Preheat oven to 350�F.

    Combine all ingredients and bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean.
