    � 3 cups flour
    � 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    � 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    � 3 cups sugar
    � 3 squares unsweetened chocolate (melted and cooled)
    � 3 cups coarsely grated zucchini
    � 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    � 1 tsp. salt
    � 4 eggs
    � 1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    � 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    � 1/2 tsp. almond extract

    Recipe



    1. Sift dry ingredients together except for the sugar and set aside.
    2. Beat eggs in a large bowl until frothy.
    3. Gradually beat in the sugar and oil.
    4. Add chocolate, vanilla, and almond extract.
    5. Fold in dry ingredients.
    6. Fold in zucchini.
    7. Pour in greased and floured 10" tube pan.
    8. Bake at 340 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    9. Cake will still appear moist. Let stand on wire rack for 20 minutes.
    10. Remove from pan, let the cake cool, then frost with a chocolate glaze or powdered sugar.
