    6 1/2 oz tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
    1 cup chopped avocado
    1/4 cup chopped tomato
    1/4 diced onions
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp parsley flakes
    1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    2- 6 inch whole wheat pitas, halved

    Recipe



    Combine ingredients in a bowl and blend thoroughly with a fork. Fill each pita half with a 1/4 of the tuna mixture.
    Makes 4 servings
