    3 eggs
    1-1/2 cups sugar
    1-1/2 cups honey
    1 cup coffee
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. anise seed
    3 Tbsp. oil
    5-1/2 cups flour

    Bake at 350�F. for 1 hour in a 13x9" pan, larger than 10x15 or so, not a jelly roll pan.
