Baked Spaghetti II

1 Lb Sausage
1/2 C Finely Chopped Onion
2 Tsp Minced Garlic
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 7 0Z Pkg Spaghetti Noodles
1/3 C Milk
1 Egg -- Well Beaten
1/2 C Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 26 Oz Jar Tomato And Basil Pasta Sauce
1 8 Oz Pkg 6-Cheese Italian-Recipe Bag Cheese
Recipe
In large skillet, brown sausage, onion and garlic over medium heat; drain. Stir in salt.
Cook spaghetti following pkg. directions in boiling salted water (2 qts. water, 2 tsp. salt); drain and rinse.
Lightly butter 9x13" glass baking dish.
In small bowl, combine milk and egg; stir into spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan, tossing to coat.
Pour mixture into baking dish, spreading evenly. Spoon sausage over spaghetti mixture. Spoon pasta sauce evenly over top; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until heated through (25-30 min.). Sprinkle with parsley. Let stand 5 min., covered; cut into squares.
Serves 6.
NOTES: You may use half sausage and half ground beef if you'd like. Also may use any type of sausage your family likes.
