    I always double this and freeze half. Make extra rice or noodles and freeze them too, and your next dinner is ready.

    List of Ingredients




    2 to 3 lbs stew beef (or your favorite beef, I use tri-tip)
    1 pkt onion soup mix
    optional - Can of Mushrooms
    Family Size Cream of Mushroom soup
    A little black pepper
    (Sometimes I'll throw in a splash of Red Wine too.)

    Recipe



    Layer them in the crockpot starting with beef and going down the line, cook on low for 8 hours.

    It is so good over rice, but noodles would work as well.
