    Here's a wonderul recipe to use our fresh bounty of herbs, it's wonderful.... best if made a day before to let the flavors blend and then brought to room temperature before serving.

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb broccoli
    1 12oz pkg bow ties pasta
    Versatile Vinaigrette Dressing (see recipe)
    1 10oz pkg fresh spinach
    1 lb smoked turkey breast, cut in thin strips
    1 pint cherry tomatoes
    1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
    1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
    1/3 cup pine nuts toasted (I leave these out or use pecans if
    I have them)

    Versatile Vinaigrette Dressing:
    2/3 cup veg oil
    1/4 cup white wine vinegar (herbal vinegar is great!)
    1/4 cup water
    1 1/2 t salt
    1 T freshly ground pepper
    1 clove minced garlic
    (Combine all ingredients and shake or mix well. Serves 8-10)

    Cut broccoli in 1 inch pieces. Cook in boiling water to cover, 1 minute, drain and plunge into ice water. Drain and pat dry, chill.

    Cook pasta, drain and rinse with cold water. Combine pasta and dressing, tossing to coat. Combine all ingredients and toss gently.
