Penne Alfredo w/Grilled Chicken

List of Ingredients

SAUCE:
1 stick dairy butter
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated fresh parmesan
salt & white pepper taste

PASTA:
5 - 6 oz. penne pasta, cooked & drained
1/2 cup green peas, cooked & drained
1/2 cup sliced saut�ed mushrooms
6-8 slices diced bacon, cooked crisp
Alfredo sauce from above
grilled sliced chicken breasts


Recipe

Cream butter until fluffy; add egg yolk and cream; continue beating while adding parmesan 1 tbsp. at a time; add seasoning.

Combine pasta, peas, mushrooms and bacon; have this mixture piping hot before tossing with the sauce. Serve immediately, topping it with the chicken slices.
