Sausage Rice Casserole

1 pound bulk breakfast sausage (I used ground hot Italian sausage)
1-1/2 cups rice
2 cans condensed French onion soup, undiluted
1 cup waterRecipe
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large frying pan cook and crumble sausage until done. Place sausage and remaining ingredients to a casserole dish, mixing well. Cover tightly and bake for 1 hour. Fluff with fork and serve.
